GLOBAL BEAT is GLOBAL RHYTHM Magazine’s new monthly podcast. Each program features audio samples of the music and artists profiled in the latest issue of GLOBAL RHYTHM and the monthly GLOBAL RHYTHM ON DISC CD, as well as artist interviews, news and reviews, and much more! GLOBAL BEAT is hosted by Robert Kaye.

Who is host Robert Kaye?
Robert Kaye has written for GLOBAL RHYTHM, and is the Assistant Editor for Bassics Magazine. Kaye also contributes to several publications and websites within northeast Florida, where he currently resides. No stranger to broadcasting, Kaye has hosted his own radio programs for WJCT-FM, the local NPR station in Jacksonville, Florida, specializing in both contemporary jazz and world music. As a professional musician, Kaye performs on bass guitars and hand percussion. He teaches bass guitar professionally and has also taught collegiate level Music Theory.
