Three days of events begin with a concert by regional artists at City Market, Oscar Brand will give a concert and talk titled 'Woody, Leadbelly and Me' at Armstrong Atlantic State University. An Old-Time Country Dance will feature the music of Bill and Libby Hicks and Caller Janet Shepherd, and a concert at Daffin Park will feature Bluesman John Hammond, Oscar Brand, Jean Ritchie, Bill and Libby Hicks and the Gospelaires.
