Rob Weir resides in western Massachusetts and has been reviewing music for over two decades. He is an associate writer for SingOut! Magazine, and a contributor to numerous newspapers and journals. Rob’s areas of expertise include music from the Celtic lands, French-Canadian, acoustic folk, folk-rock, Scandinavian and West African. He holds a Ph.D. in history, has six books to his credit, and has taught at various colleges and universities.
